
Banyan Tree UX Audit & Fix
This was a 3 months quick and focused project for the Banyan Tree website that to find out exactly what your users are struggling with so that we can direct and prioritize fixing issues that have the biggest business impact. There was some minor redesign works as well to fix issues that we identified.

The Solution
We decided to focus on user journeys related to offers. We identified the existing page templates used in the journey, assessed website problems and provided them with actionable solutions.
Small Changes, Big Impact
This wasn't necessarily a re-design project but since we identified issues that we can fix, we provided actionable solutions with some designs. For example, we have an updated navigation look, bigger and bolder CTA and additional card designs to differentiate offers and locations. By doing so, this delivered a considerably high lift on various KPIs.
